On-Court Performance
The CMD HYB's spec profile is almost textbook perfect for a hybrid paddle. At SW 115.01 and TW 6.69, it sits in the ideal zone — heavy enough to drive with authority, balanced enough for quick hands, and stable enough to forgive off-center contacts. The 16mm core strikes the right balance between power and control: drives are penetrating without flying long, and touch shots feel intentional and connected. During drill testing, the CMD HYB excelled across every shot category — third-shot drops were consistent, dinking was buttery, spin generation was strong, and overhead finishes were decisive. Volair's construction quality is evident in every detail. The 'ultimate' label is not hyperbole.
